What are the Four pillars of interrogative health coaching?
In my role as an Integrative Health Coach, I focus on working as your partner! I work with my clients to make lasting behavioral changes in the areas of health and wellness which include stress management, spirituality, nutrition, physical activity, mind-body connection and personal/professional development. My own journey and studies in mental health and wellness has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding.
Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their overall health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction in multiple areas.
This form of coaching addresses the "whole person". My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
